The Private Group Pty Ltd is an equal opportunity employer.
To get a few things out of the road, before you go too far.
1. We will employ people as permanent, permanent part-time, casual and sub-contractor (holds own ABN). We reserve the right to stipulate under what terms a person is employed.
2. We will not tolerate drug (including steroid) or alcohol abuse and insist that persons who are acting for us, in whatever capacity, accept both random and targeted drug and alcohol testing.
3. We will not accept drink driving, by staff.
4. We will not accept people masking injuries, and especially not accept them trying make a claim for non-work related injuries.
5. We will not accept people hiding previous convictions (in any country) for criminal or traffic matters (or similar offences), nor will we accept staff failing to advise us of pending charges. To be clear, it is considered a conviction even if the court indicates 'no conviction is recorded' after the person is found guilty.
6. We will not accept bastardisation, sexual harassment nor bullying in the workplace.
7. We will not accept unprofessional behaviour whilst representing us, nor will we accept excessive use of force.
8. We will not accept a breach of client confidentiality (except where authorised or justified under law, or where written permission exists from the client e.g. during an investigation).
9. We will not accept staff acting without the necessary licence, or failing to advise us of withdrawn, suspended or expired licenses.  You cannot work if your old licence is expired, whilst awaiting the issue of a new licence because the application was late, until the new licence is issued.
10. We will not accept people holding themselves out as our employee's, dressing as our employee's nor utilising uniforms, accoutrements or equipment that we supply, whilst not actually in our employ and performing work on our behalf.
11. These are grounds for dismissal, and in some cases legal action against you.
Now, if you can accept those conditions, read on.

To apply, send a short CV to us. Include your contact details, availability, relevant qualifications and experience. Do not include copies of qualifications or certificates.  Do include copies of relevant licenses.
If you have a restriction or disability please also advise us (e.g. primary carer for children Mon-Wed). We are aware that some former members of the police, defence force and some government bodies may suffer work related post traumatic stress (burn-out) or have an adrenalin addiction (it will probably show in your hobbies, I used to sky dive, scuba dive, shoot competitive pistol and race cars - hmm). Let us know, it probably won't preclude us employing you.  We would rather you were up front about it. Send your CV, and copy of licenses, to the address in contact us.
